Terms and Conditions

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They contain a binding arbitration provision and a class action waiver that affect how disputes between you and us are resolved.

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement between you and Ace Rogers (“we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of our website, memberships, courses, downloadable materials, community, group calls, coaching, and any other products or services we offer. By visiting the site, submitting a form, creating an account, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase a membership or use our services. By using the services, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are for a single individual. You may not share, sell, transfer, or allow anyone else to use your login. Sharing access is grounds for immediate termination without refund. Notify us right away, using the contact information provided on our website, if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Memberships and What Is Included

We offer membership tiers at different price points. Each tier includes the features described on the pricing section of our website at the time you enroll. Higher tiers may include additional benefits such as coaching from our team, templates and standard operating procedures, third-party software accounts, private strategy calls, and direct access to our team or founder.

Course libraries, live calls, community features, instructors, schedules, bonuses, and included software are subject to change. We may add, modify, replace, or discontinue any part of a membership at any time. We aim to keep the overall value of your tier intact, but no specific lesson, call, instructor, feature, or third-party tool is guaranteed to remain available for the life of your membership.

Membership grants access for as long as your subscription is active and paid. It is not a lifetime license, and it does not include a promise of permanent availability of any specific content.

5. Billing, Auto-Renewal, and Price Changes

Memberships are subscriptions. By enrolling, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the amount shown at checkout, on a recurring basis, at the interval you selected, until you cancel. Plans renew automatically at the rate shown until canceled.

You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend your access, or terminate your membership. You remain responsible for amounts owed for periods during which you had access.

Prices for new terms may change. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price increase that affects your renewal, and you may cancel before the increase takes effect. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.

6. Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellation

You may upgrade your tier at any time. When you upgrade, we credit what you have already paid toward the current term against the new tier. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless a refund is required under Section 7 or by law. Your access continues through the end of the term you have already paid for, after which access to courses, community, calls, and included tools ends.

7. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

New members may request a full refund of their first membership payment within 7 days of the original purchase date. To request a refund, contact us through the support channel listed in your account, or using the contact information provided on our website, within that 7-day window. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically post within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

The guarantee applies to the first payment of an initial membership only. It does not apply to renewal payments, to subsequent purchases after a prior refund, to accounts terminated for violating these Terms, or to add-on services, events, or third-party fees unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Refund eligibility may be denied where we determine the guarantee is being abused, including bulk downloading of the course library followed by a refund request.

8. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer instead of contacting us first, we may suspend or terminate your account and your access to all content and community while the dispute is pending. Please contact us using the contact information provided on our website before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.

9. License to Use Our Content

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all fees, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view our course content and to use our templates, scripts, prompts, and standard operating procedures for your own business or personal development. This license ends automatically when your membership ends.

10. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Share, resell, license, rent, distribute, publish, or publicly display our content, or provide access to anyone who has not purchased their own membership
  • Download, screen record, screenshot, transcribe, or otherwise copy videos, calls, or paid materials except where a download is expressly offered
  • Repackage, rebrand, or teach our materials as your own, or use them to build a competing course, coaching program, or community
  • Use our content, community posts, or member data to train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence or machine learning model
  • Scrape, crawl, index, or use automated tools to extract content or member information
  • Circumvent access controls, share login credentials, or attempt to access areas of the site you are not authorized to reach
  • Upload malicious code, interfere with the operation of the services, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Solicit, spam, recruit, or pitch other members without our written permission
  • Use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

11. Community Rules

Our community and live calls are for members in good standing. You agree to participate respectfully and not to post content that is harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, discriminatory, deceptive, or unlawful, that infringes anyone’s rights, or that promotes unrelated offers or recruitment.

Members frequently share business details, numbers, and strategy in the community and on calls. Treat what other members share as confidential. Do not copy it, publish it, or share it outside the community.

We may remove content, mute, suspend, or remove any member at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct we determine is harmful to the community. Removal for a violation does not entitle you to a refund.

12. Live Calls, Coaching, and Recordings

Group calls, coaching sessions, and one-on-one calls are scheduled through the booking process described in your tier. Sessions are subject to availability and reasonable scheduling limits. Missed sessions without advance notice may be forfeited and are not credited or refunded.

Calls, community events, and sessions may be recorded and made available to other members. By joining, you consent to being recorded and to the use of that recording within our programs and, where you appear or contribute publicly, in promotional materials. If you do not want to appear in a recording, keep your camera and microphone off and refrain from posting in the chat.

Coaching and strategy input are opinions and general business guidance based on our own experience. They are not a guarantee of any result and are not a substitute for advice from your own qualified professional advisors.

13. Third-Party Platforms and Included Software

Parts of our services are delivered through third-party platforms, including our checkout, course hosting, scheduling, community, and any software accounts included with a tier. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, pricing, features, data handling, or acts and omissions.

Where a tier includes a third-party software account, access to that account lasts only while your membership is active. If a third-party provider changes its pricing, features, or terms, or ends its relationship with us, we may substitute or discontinue that benefit.

14. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post in our community, submit for review, or share on calls. By posting or submitting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting our services, including in recordings, replays, and marketing materials. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe or violate anyone’s rights.

15. Testimonials and Results Disclaimer

Testimonials, case studies, screenshots, income figures, revenue claims, client counts, and success stories shared on our website, in our marketing, in our community, or on calls reflect the experiences of specific individuals. They are not typical, are not averages, and are not a promise, guarantee, or projection of the results you will achieve.

Results depend on many factors we do not control, including your effort, consistency, skills, capital, market conditions, timing, industry, existing business, and personal circumstances. Many people who buy business education do not achieve significant results. We do not guarantee any income, revenue, profit, client acquisition, follower growth, audience size, or business outcome of any kind. You accept full responsibility for the decisions you make and the actions you take.

16. No Professional Advice

All content, courses, calls, coaching, templates, and community discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Financial, investment, and trading. Nothing we provide is financial, investment, tax, accounting, securities, or brokerage advice, and nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, cryptocurrency, digital asset, collectible, or other instrument. We are not registered investment advisors or broker-dealers. Markets involve risk, including the risk of total loss. Consult a licensed financial professional before making any investment decision.

Sports betting and bankroll content. Any material relating to sports betting, wagering, or bankroll management is educational commentary. It is not a betting service, tip service, or guarantee of any outcome. Gambling involves substantial risk of loss and is illegal in some jurisdictions and for anyone under the legal age. You are solely responsible for confirming what is legal where you live and for betting only what you can afford to lose. If gambling is causing harm in your life, please seek help from a qualified resource.

Health, fitness, and nutrition. Any material relating to fitness, training, nutrition, supplements, or lifestyle is general information and not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication.

Legal and business compliance. Nothing we provide is legal advice. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including advertising, marketing, telemarketing, email, text messaging, consumer protection, licensing, and privacy laws in your jurisdiction.

17. Intellectual Property

The website, courses, videos, written materials, templates, scripts, funnels, standard operating procedures, prompts, graphics, logos, names, marks, and the selection and arrangement of all of it are owned by Ace Rogers or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Except for the limited license in Section 9, no rights are granted to you. Any unauthorized use terminates your license immediately.

18. Copyright Complaints

If you believe material available through our services infringes your copyright, send us a written notice using the contact information provided on our website that includes identification of the work, identification of the material and its location, your contact information, a statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We will respond as required by applicable law and may remove the material and terminate repeat infringers.

19. Consent to Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you about your account, your purchases, and our programs by email, phone, and text message, including through automated systems. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link and out of text messages by replying STOP. Transactional messages about billing and account access will continue while your account is active. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

20. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, membership, and access at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, if your payment fails, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the services. You may cancel at any time under Section 6.

On termination, your license to our content ends immediately, and you must stop using and delete any downloaded materials. Sections that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution, survive termination.

21. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, current, or suitable for your situation.

22. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ace Rogers and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, coaches, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the services will not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

23. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ace Rogers and its owners, officers, employees, instructors, coaches, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the services, your content, your business activities, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

24. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us using the contact information provided on our website and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

If the dispute is not resolved, you and we agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider under its consumer rules, rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in the county and state of our principal place of business, or by videoconference or on the documents where the rules allow. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Class action waiver. You and we agree that claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies. Either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Any claim must be filed within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent permitted by law.

If any part of this section is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, this entire arbitration section does not apply.

25. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we maintain our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Subject to Section 24, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in that county and state.

26. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government action, epidemics, power or internet outages, platform failures, or failures of third-party providers.

27. General

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented at checkout, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the services and supersede any prior agreements or representations. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and us.

28. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may be communicated by email or by a notice on the site. Your continued use of the services after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your membership and stop using the services.

29. Contact Us

Questions about these Terms, your membership, billing, or a refund request can be directed to Ace Rogers using the contact information provided on our website or through the support channel listed in your account.
